Depending on the scope of the work, please allow few weeks for the creation of your bespoke piece. After the initial consultation, you will be kept informed of the process by email or phone stage by stage - I am able to incorporate your wishes, or changes, almost to the very end.

Should you need restringing or changing the length of the piece, it can be arranged free of charge once per piece and during 30 day period from receipt. All you would have to pay is the postage by Special Delivery.

Please note that Bespoke Commissions are not returnable or refundable unless proven faulty.
