Payments: I use PayPal as your secure check-out provider, and therefore all your sensitive payment information will never be shared with MyJocale.

Paypal accepts all major credit cards or can be linked directly to your bank account. Other accepted payment methods are Cheque or Postal Order (UK customers only). Cash only is accepted at MyJocale craft events (see the events calendar for further details).

Postage: MyJocale items will be posted once the payment has cleared (please allow up to 3 working days excluding Public Holidays and Weekends). MyJocale ships around the world. All MyJocale items will be posted by Royal Mail 1st class (UK) or International Air Mail (outside UK). If you would be interested in insuring your item, please contact MyJocale.

Should you wish to use Parcel Force 24 or 48 Hrs services, please contact MyJocale and I will get a quote - I would have to charge extra for this service.

Postage costs will be added into your total payable at the end of check-out process. Postage & packaging fee in Mainland UK is £4.50 (or £2.70 for smaller items). Postage & packaging fees outside Mainland UK are £6.50, £7.50 or £8.50 depending of the Region.

If you are experiencing delays, please follow the instrcutions below:

1. Check if your address in on your PayPal file is correct;
2. Call your local post office immediately to trace your parcel. They can
provide you a free re-delivery for parcels holding in 7 days;
3. Email me a delivery delay notice via Cpontact Form.


Please note that MyJocale is not reliable for any Customs charges occured.

For purchases totalling over £100 inside Mainland and over £150 outside Mainland UK the postage is free. The free postage will include free insurance cover and is trackable.

Packaging: We regret that Seasonal gift wrapping is not currently available. All MyJocale items will be sent in jewellery pouch or box wrapped inside tissue paper. We use padded envelopes for posting.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. If you wish to claim a refund, please contact us stating the reason within 7 days of purchase. The items must be then returned in the original packaging, condition, labels attached, and unused within 5 days by Special Delivery (MyJocale cannot take reponsibility of lost or damaged items whilst being shipped back to us).

Refunds: In an unlikely event that the wire, or any of the other component used in MyJocale jewellery, is faulty, necklaces and bracelets can be returned by Special Delivery within 30 days of receipt for repair excluding the postage and packaging fees. Earrings are not returnable or refundable for hygiene reasons. Please note that Bespoke items are not returnable or refundable unless they are proven faulty. 

Alterrations: Should you wish to change the lenght of your MyJocale necklace, it can be arranged. The re-stringing fee for single strand necklaces is £10 + postage & packing and bracelets £5.00 postage & packing. Please ask for quote for double & trible stranded pieces. Please use the contact form for this service
