Finnish-born jewellery designer Johanna started designing and handcrafting jewelry after realizing that none of the mass-produced, often poor quality and overpriced fashion costume jewelry on the High Street was to her liking. 

She also disliked the idea of wearing the exact same jewelry piece as everyone else - jewelry should be a personal and individual statement, not a part of the daily uniform.

" The necklace, bracelet or earrings should be fun and quirky; I wanted to create a collection which, albeit being glamorous, doesn't take itself too seriously! "

"My aim has never been to religiously follow trends, but to create something little bit out of the ordinary, that will last the test of time and will be fun to treasure! I am passionate about stones and only aim to use the best available in my one-off designs. In my view, you can never have enough jewellery! Bring back the magic!"

Since MyJocale is only using natural semiprecious stones, no piece is alike. Designs are never repeated and according to the public feedback "something I have never seen before!".
